Did my "Rest Day" today instead of tomorrow because my schedule was packed full of other responsibilities.
Last day before pre-training begins!
The specific goals for this week are:
- take the adrenal hormone test and look at forward to the results!
- eat at home with a focus on whole, clean foods
- get to the gym by 4:00 or 4:30 p.m.
- detox from sugar and caffeine (huge factor in adrenal function!)
Excited to get going!!!
